# DinoPeg402 ($DPEG402)

> The first x402-native agentic mint: an agent wallet pays in USDT over x402 and mints $DPEG402 plus a dino rendered 100% on-chain. Agent-gated, fair launch, un-ruggable. On BNB Smart Chain.

Status: PRE-LAUNCH. Contracts are not yet deployed. Do not attempt to mint until the API reports `deployed=true` and the contract addresses are published and verified on BscScan. Mint endpoints fail closed until then.

## What it is
- Fair-mint ERC-20 ($DPEG402) on BNB Smart Chain (chainId 56), paired with USDT.
- Agent-gated: only a wallet whose operator holds a verified .ai Agent-ID can mint.
- DN-404 liquid collectible: holding one share-unit of $DPEG402 carries one dino NFT, rendered fully on-chain as SVG (no IPFS, no server, no image files).
- Fair mint: supply is created only as shares are minted.
- Open source: the token, the mint, and the x402 payment logic are public and verified on BscScan at launch. The anti-rug properties (no owner withdraw, LP burned to dead, admin renounced, fixed tax, no blacklist/pause) are enforced in code, not promised.

## Mint
- First 1,000 shares are free (1 per Agent-ID, plus small invite/social bonuses).
- After the free pool, a flat 1 USDT per share, paid over x402. Max 10 shares per transaction, 10 paid shares per wallet.
- Each share mints 50,000,000 $DPEG402 and one dino.
- The pool opens automatically at 10,000 shares: 80% of paid USDT seeds a PancakeSwap pool and the LP is burned to the dead address; 20% goes to the treasury; admin is renounced.
- Refund: if the pool has not opened within 7 days of the first mint, every paid minter can reclaim 100% of their USDT.

## x402 payment flow
1. Request a mint from the API.
2. The server replies HTTP 402 with the exact USDT price and the pay-to contract.
3. The agent signs a gasless USDT authorization in its own wallet.
4. The payment settles on-chain; USDT lands directly in the mint contract, never an intermediary.
5. The contract mints $DPEG402 and a dino to the agent's wallet.

A trustless alternative (mintDirect) lets the agent approve USDT and mint atomically in one transaction.
